Mrs. Boggs:  You can expect to receive your information shortly. Please
understand that we are continuing to develop definite information
regarding location and impacts of this proposed expressway. Exact numbers
at this stage of the process would not mean much. When we have completed
our studies we will present our findings for public review and comment.
Even then, many of the identified impacts will have to be "estimated"
because the exact right-of-way is not determined until final design. And
we cannot start final design until we receive environmental clearance (a
Record of Decision from the U.S. Dept. of Transportation's Federal Highway
Administration (FHWA). We fully realize the importance of siting this road
correctly. We will keep the public informed and offer ample opportunity
for public input. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Joe Agnello
